Imam Baqirs martyrskap
Han efterlevde sin fars martyrskap, Zayn al-’Abidin, med 19 år och 10 månader. Under denna period gav han all sin tid åt att sprida den rena islam och att bilda framtida ledare, samt att lära folket var det rättmätiga ledarskapet ligger och vem som är förtryckare.
